The Worldliner was built to connect any two cities on Earth nonstop, and in 2005 it proved it with a 21,600 km delivery flight, still among the longest by a commercial airliner.
Few were built because few routes need this much range, which makes every LR a quality catch.
First flight: March 8, 2005.
Set a distance record flying Hong Kong to London the long way east.
