Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026
The deal
Catch Fleet is an aircraft collection game operated by Meriç Şeker, based in Türkiye. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
This is an Alfa. It is a live, early version of the game: features change, things occasionally break, and rules of play get rebalanced. We work hard to preserve your collection, but the service comes with no guarantees of availability or permanence.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be 16 or older to play.
- Keep your credentials to yourself and give us a real email address; it is how we reach you and how you recover your account.
- One account per player.
Fair play
The whole point of Catch Fleet is that catches are real signals, heard by a real antenna, at your real station. So:
- No fabricated signals. Do not inject invented or replayed messages, feed data your station did not receive, or misstate your station location.
- No breaking the service.Do not probe, overload, or abuse the API, or interfere with other players' stations.
We may remove data, revoke catches, or suspend accounts that break these rules. That protects everyone else's collection.
Your collection
Your catches are yours. By playing, you let us display your public station page (username, callsign, Dex, Fleet Log, patches) as part of the game. Your station coordinates are never part of that; see the Privacy Policy.
Leaving, and being asked to leave
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page, and take your data with you on the way out. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, after which these terms end for you, except the parts that by their nature survive.
The fine print
- The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This is a free game run by one person; play accordingly.
- Aircraft type and manufacturer names are used for identification only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. For significant changes we will tell signed-in players directly. Questions go to [email protected].
