The Citation CJ3 stretched the CJ2 into the sweet spot of the light-jet market: single-pilot certifiable, honest 3,700 km legs, and running costs that keep owner-pilots flying their own jet.
The CJ3+ update in 2014 swapped the panel for Garmin G3000 glass. C25B covers both, so your catch could be either generation; from the antenna they sound identical.
